While design, testing, quality assurance, and engineering specifications are overseen in Germany by specialized manufacturing contractors and sourcing agencies (such as Kompernass, Grizzly Tools, or Einhell), the actual manufacturing and assembly of Parkside cordless power tools primarily take place in China and other Asian manufacturing facilities.

Schwarz Gruppe, headquartered in Neckarsulm, Germany, is one of the world's largest retail groups and the ultimate owner behind Lidl and the Parkside brand, distributing these tools across Europe including Italy.
