Felix Makukurkku Pickled Cucumbers

Felix Makukurkku is a popular brand of sliced pickled cucumbers sold widely across Finland. Originally founded in Sweden in 1939 by Herbert Felix as AB Felix, the brand became a staple for condiments, pickles, and preserves throughout the Nordic and Baltic regions.

Today, Felix is a flagship brand of the Norwegian consumer goods conglomerate Orkla ASA. The Finnish business is managed by Orkla Suomi (Orkla Foods Finland Oy). While Felix preserves in the Finnish market historically originated in Turku or are sourced from specialised Orkla production facilities (predominantly in the Czech Republic or Sweden), the brand maintains high popularity in Finnish households.

Felix should not be confused with the unrelated cat food brand of the same name owned by Nestlé Purina.
