Osmo Top-Oil is a specialized hardwax-oil treatment designed specifically for wooden kitchen countertops, furniture, and indoor woodwork. Founded in Germany in 1878, Osmo began as a sawmill and timber trading enterprise before developing its own pioneering natural wood finishes and micro-porous oils based on vegetable oils and waxes.

All Osmo wood coatings and finishes, including Top-Oil, are manufactured at the company's production facilities in Warendorf and Münster, Germany. In Sweden, Osmo products are distributed by authorized partners such as Welin & Co AB.
