Dewar's Blended Scotch Whisky

Dewar's is a historic brand of blended Scotch whisky created in 1846 by John Dewar, Sr. in Perthshire, Scotland. The brand pioneered the technique of blending whiskies and aging them further in oak casks (a process known as 'double aging' or marriage).

In 1998, Dewar's was acquired by Bacardi Limited from Diageo, making it one of the premier whisky brands in Bacardi's spirits portfolio. All Dewar's Scotch whisky continues to be distilled, aged, blended, and bottled in Scotland, centered around its Aberfeldy single malt distillery, and is distributed globally by Bacardi subsidiaries.
