The Baileys brand is owned by the multinational beverage giant Diageo plc, headquartered in London, United Kingdom. Baileys branded confectioneries and biscuits are manufactured and distributed under license by specialist confectioners, primarily Lir Chocolates based in Navan, Ireland and the UK.
