The brand was developed by Klaus Gaiser and is produced and distributed by TOPAS GmbH, an independent, family-owned business established in Kernen and based in Mössingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

All Wheaty products are developed and primarily manufactured in Germany at the company's dedicated production facilities, adhering to strict EU organic farming guidelines (DE-ÖKO-003). The company remains independently owned and managed by the founding family.
