Nova Açores is an Azorean dairy brand originating from São Miguel Island in the Azores archipelago, Portugal. The milk is sourced from local pasture-fed dairy cattle and processed by Unileite (União das Cooperativas Agrícolas de Lacticínios de São Miguel, U.C.R.L.).

The product is marketed and distributed by LactAçores (União das Cooperativas de Lacticínios dos Açores, U.C.R.L.), a major cooperative union founded to commercialize authentic dairy products from the Azores across mainland Portugal and international markets.
