L'Oulibo Huile d'Olive Vierge Extra Cuvée Lucques

L'Oulibo is an agricultural cooperative established in 1942 in Bize-Minervois, located in the Aude department in the Occitanie region of southern France.

The cooperative is particularly renowned for producing premium extra virgin olive oil from French olives, notably featuring the distinctive local Lucques olive variety. The entire production—from cultivation to cold extraction and bottling—takes place in France, carried out by the cooperative's network of regional growers.

L'Oulibo is owned collectively by its member farmers and olive growers as an agricultural cooperative (Coopérative Oléicole du Minervois), ensuring full independence from large multinational agribusiness conglomerates.
