Ice-Watch is a Belgian brand of fashion wristwatches founded in 2006 by Belgian entrepreneur Jean-Pierre Lutgen alongside Polly Ann Kwong. The company is headquartered in Bastogne, Belgium.

While the designs, branding, and marketing originate from Belgium, Ice-Watch movements (typically Miyota quartz movements) are developed in Japan, and the manufacturing and assembly of the cases and bands are predominantly carried out in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, China.

The brand is held privately by the Belgian corporate entity Ice SA, controlled by founder Jean-Pierre Lutgen.
