Beyond Good Chocolate Bar

Beyond Good (originally founded as Madécasse) is an American chocolate and vanilla company established in 2008 by former Peace Corps volunteers Tim McCollum and Brett Beach. The brand was founded with a mission to produce chocolate entirely at origin in Madagascar, creating local jobs and keeping a significantly larger share of the value chain within the community.

The chocolate bars are primarily produced in Madagascar at bean-to-bar chocolate manufacturing facilities, directly sourcing heirloom cocoa from local Malagasy farmers. The company continues to operate independently as Beyond Good (Beyond Good Foods, PBC / Madecasse PBC), headquartered in Brooklyn, New York.
