Founded in 1963 in the Italian-speaking canton of Ticino, Switzerland, Confiserie Al Porto has established itself as an award-winning Swiss pastry and confectionery boutique. The brand operates its central artisan workshop in Tenero (CH-6598 Tenero), where all of its fine chocolates, pastries, and holiday specialties are produced according to Swiss confectionery traditions.

The brand and business remain independently owned under the Swiss entity Al Porto SA, based in Lugano and Tenero, Switzerland.
