Boerschappen Pure chips

Boerschappen Pure chips are produced in the Netherlands using 'rescued' potatoes from Dutch farmers Henk Scheele and René de Zeeuw. Created with minimal ingredients—potatoes, vegetable oil, and salt—the chips are part of Boerschappen's mission to combat food waste while ensuring local agricultural producers receive a fair price for crops that might otherwise be discarded.

Boerschappen was founded in 2014 by Stijn Markusse and Stephanie Markusse in Breda, the Netherlands, starting as a direct-to-consumer meal box and grocery service delivering fresh, farm-direct Dutch produce. The brand and operating company, Boerschappen B.V., remains privately owned and based in Breda.
