Callebaut 'Callets' are premium chocolate baking and melting drops produced primarily in Wieze, Belgium. Often misspelled as 'Callete', the product is globally recognized among chocolatiers, pastry chefs, and home bakers for high-quality couverture chocolate.

The Callebaut brand traces its roots back to 1911 in Belgium, established by Octaaf Callebaut. In 1996, the brand merged with French chocolate manufacturer Cacao Barry to establish the Barry Callebaut Group, which is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.
