Erdinger Festweiße is a seasonal wheat beer brewed by the renowned Bavarian private brewery Privatbrauerei Erdinger Weißbräu Werner Brombach GmbH. Founded in 1886 in Erding, Bavaria, Germany, the company specializes exclusively in wheat beers brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot).

The brewery remains entirely independent and family-owned by Werner Brombach, who took over operations from his father Franz Brombach. All Erdinger wheat beers are brewed and bottled exclusively at the company's single production site in Erding, Germany, ensuring traditional bottle fermentation methods and strict quality control before being exported globally and sold in markets such as Austria.
