Erdinger Festweiße

Erdinger Festweiße is a seasonal wheat beer specialty brewed by Erdinger Weißbräu (Privatbrauerei Erdinger Weißbräu Werner Brombach GmbH), one of the most recognized wheat beer breweries globally.

The history of the brewery dates back to 1886 when it was founded in Erding, Bavaria, Germany. In 1935, Franz Brombach acquired the brewery, and his son Werner Brombach took leadership in 1975, expanding it into an international beer brand while keeping it completely family-owned and independent.

All Erdinger beers, including the Festweiße, are brewed and bottled exclusively at the single brewery site in Erding, Upper Bavaria, strictly following traditional Bavarian brewing heritage and the Bavarian Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot).
