T-fal Infrared Air Fryer

T-fal (known as Tefal in the United Kingdom and across most of Europe and other international markets) is a globally recognised French cookware and small kitchen appliance brand. The brand was established in 1956 by Marc Grégoire in Sarcelles, France, following his invention of a process to bond PTFE (Teflon) to aluminium surfaces, thereby pioneering non-stick cookware.

In 1968, Tefal was acquired by Groupe SEB (Société d'Emboutissage de Bourgogne), a prominent French multinational corporation specialising in small domestic appliances and cookware. Groupe SEB owns an extensive portfolio of kitchen and home brands worldwide, including Rowenta, Krups, Moulinex, and All-Clad. While the brand is traded under the name Tefal throughout Europe and the UK, the alternative name 'T-fal' is used in select markets—most notably North America and Japan—to satisfy trademark naming rules.

While much of Tefal's signature non-stick cookware continues to be produced in France (primarily at manufacturing sites in Rumilly and Tournus), electrical small appliances such as digital air fryers, fryers, and grills are predominantly manufactured in China through Groupe SEB's specialized appliance manufacturing facilities and manufacturing partners.
