Balzac's A Dark Affair Whole Bean Coffee

Balzac's Coffee Roasters is an artisanal Canadian specialty coffee company founded in 1993 by Diana Olsen in Stratford, Ontario. Inspired by the French novelist Honoré de Balzac and traditional Grand Parisian cafés, the company established roasteries and café locations throughout Ontario before expanding its retail coffee packaged beans across Canada.

Balzac's sources Arabica coffee beans globally and roasts them domestically in Ontario, Canada, using eco-friendly roasting technology. Balzac's Coffee Ltd. remains an independent Canadian specialty coffee roaster and retailer.
