dr Gerard is one of the largest and most well-known biscuit and confectionery manufacturers in Central and Eastern Europe. Founded in 1993 in Poland, the company began as a small bakery business and rapidly expanded into a major international exporter of sweet biscuits, wafers, and cookies, available across dozens of markets, including the United Kingdom.

Manufacturing

dr Gerard products, including these traditional sugar-dusted Ring biscuits, are primarily manufactured in Poland across specialized production facilities located in Ożarów Mazowiecki, Międzyrzec Podlaski, and Radzyń Podlaski.

Ownership

In October 2023, the Turkish food group Pasifik Tüketim Ürünleri (part of the Pasifik Group / associated with investor groups in Turkey) completed the acquisition of dr Gerard from the private equity firm Bridgepoint, which had owned the brand since 2013.
