Edesa is a historic Spanish home appliance brand founded in 1941 in Basauri (Biscay, Basque Country), originally as Electrodomésticos del Ebro, S.A. Over decades, it became a household staple in Spain, later joining the Fagor Electrodomésticos group.

Following the bankruptcy and restructuring of Fagor in the 2010s, the brand Edesa, alongside brand rights and operations under Edesa Industrial, was acquired by the Spanish commercial group CNA Group (known for Cata Electrodomésticos). CNA Group manages the commercialization, design, and distribution of Edesa appliances.

Manufacturing of Edesa appliances takes place across multiple international partner factories, including facilities in Spain, Turkey, and China, depending on the specific product line.
