Firefly Botanical Drinks

Firefly is a British brand of natural botanical drinks crafted from fruit juices, still water, and herbal extracts. Founded in London in 2003 by entrepreneurs Harry Briggs and Marcus Waley-Cohen, the brand was created to provide a sophisticated, all-natural alternative to traditional soft drinks and synthetic energy drinks.

In 2014, Firefly was acquired by Purity Soft Drinks Ltd, a historic soft drinks manufacturer based in Wednesbury, West Midlands, best known for its Juiceburst brand. Under Purity Soft Drinks, Firefly continues to be produced in the United Kingdom.

In 2024, European beverage group Refresco entered into an agreement to acquire Purity Soft Drinks Ltd, bringing both Firefly and Juiceburst into Refresco's extensive beverage portfolio headquartered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Note that this UK botanical beverage brand should not be confused with other non-beverage entities sharing the name Firefly, such as the aerospace or entertainment technology companies.
