Biele Household Paper Products

Biele is a well-known brand of household paper goods, including toilet tissue, paper towels, and kitchen rolls. Originating in Slovakia, the brand name translates directly to 'white', representing purity and everyday household hygiene.

The brand is manufactured primarily in Slovakia at the historical paper mills of Harmanec, which have been a centre for paper production dating back centuries. Today, production is carried out by SHP Harmanec, belonging to the SHP Group (Slovak Hygienic Paper Group), one of Central and Eastern Europe's largest paper tissue manufacturers.

SHP Group is ultimately owned by Eco-Investment a.s., a private Czech-Slovak industrial and financial holding company headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic. Eco-Investment manages a large portfolio of paper processing and manufacturing facilities across the European continent.
