OVS (Oviesse) Clothing & Apparel

OVS, originally known as Oviesse (Organizzazione Vendite Sottocosto), was founded in 1972 in Italy as a division of the department store chain Gruppo Coin. Over decades of retail evolution, it developed into Italy's leading fast-fashion apparel retailer for men, women, and children.

In 2014, OVS was carved out from Gruppo Coin and established as an independent corporate entity, subsequently listing on the Borsa Italiana (Milan Stock Exchange) in 2015 as OVS S.p.A. Today, OVS S.p.A. is a publicly traded Italian corporation headquartered in Mestre (Venice), Italy, with institutional and retail investors making up its shareholder base.

While design, merchandising, and brand strategy remain centrally rooted in Italy, the manufacturing of OVS apparel and accessories is distributed across multiple sourcing countries worldwide, including Italy, Bangladesh, China, India, Turkey, and Pakistan.
