After various corporate restructures involving K+S AG, the brand, along with Morton Salt, was acquired by Stone Canyon Industries Holdings (SCIH) and its subsidiary, K+S Americas (now operating under the Morton and Windsor names). Today, it is part of the K+S Americas group under SCIH, consolidating its position as a major player in the North American salt market.
