Regarding its ownership, Caprabo has undergone significant transitions. For many years, it was part of the Basque-based Eroski Group. However, in recent years, the ownership structure evolved to include EP Corporate Group. As of 2024 and looking toward 2026, the brand operates under a shared ownership model between Eroski and EP Corporate Group (controlled by Czech investor Daniel Křetínský).
