SnowRunner is a popular off-road simulation video game developed by Saber Interactive and published by Focus Entertainment. Its development was primarily spearheaded by Saber Interactive's studios in Saint Petersburg, Russia, and the United States.
The game's ownership structure has evolved through significant industry consolidation. The developer, Saber Interactive, was acquired by the Embracer Group in 2020. The publishing rights for the game have remained largely with Focus Entertainment, a prominent French video game publisher.
Today, SnowRunner represents a global production effort, with digital distribution managed worldwide and physical copies manufactured in various regional hubs including Europe and North America to meet local market demands. The brand continues to expand through seasonal updates and expansions, solidifying its place as a leader in the vehicle simulation genre.
