Teeling Whiskey Single Grain Irish Whiskey

Teeling Whiskey is a prominent brand that spearheaded the revival of distilling in Dublin. The Teeling family has a legacy in Irish whiskey dating back to 1782 when Walter Teeling set up a distillery in the Liberties area of Dublin. In 2012, Jack and Stephen Teeling established the Teeling Whiskey Company, eventually opening the first new distillery in Dublin in over 125 years in 2015.

While the brand maintains its independent spirit and craft heritage, it is now part of the global portfolio of Bacardi Limited. Bacardi acquired a minority stake in 2017 and eventually took a majority ownership interest. Despite the change in corporate ownership, the brand continues to produce its whiskey, including the award-winning Single Grain variety, in Ireland using traditional methods and innovative cask finishes like Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels.
