Thetford underwent a significant ownership change in late 2021 when it was acquired by Monomoy Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in New York. This acquisition includes Thetford’s global operations across North America, Europe, and Australia, ensuring its status as a cornerstone brand in the outdoor recreation industry through 2026 and beyond.
