PNY Technologies, Inc. is an American manufacturer of flash memory cards, USB flash drives, solid-state drives, memory upgrade modules, and NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards. Founded in 1985 in Brooklyn, New York, as Paris New York (PNY) Electronics, the company initially focused on trading memory chips before expanding into manufacturing and international markets.

Today, PNY is headquartered in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey. While the brand is American, its manufacturing operations are global, with production facilities and assembly occurring primarily in Taiwan, China, and South Korea to leverage the electronics supply chain in Asia. The company remains a private entity under the leadership of its founder, Gadi Cohen.
