Core Power is a line of high-protein milk shakes developed by fairlife, LLC. The brand was originally launched in 2012 by Fair Oaks Farms, a dairy company based in Indiana, USA, that utilized a patented cold-filtration process to concentrate protein and calcium while removing lactose. The innovative approach caught the attention of global beverage giant The Coca-Cola Company, which initially entered into a distribution partnership before acquiring a minority stake and finally acquiring the company in full in 2020.

Today, Fairlife operates as a standalone subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company. While its roots and primary manufacturing facilities remain in the United States (including sites in Michigan and Arizona), the brand has expanded its footprint to Canada, opening a dedicated production facility in Peterborough, Ontario, to serve the Canadian market with local dairy. The Core Power Elite line is specifically targeted at the sports nutrition market, offering a higher concentration of protein compared to the standard Fairlife milk products.
