Qoros automobile

Qoros Auto Co., Ltd. was established as a high-end automotive brand through a strategic partnership. Founded in 2007, it was originally a joint venture between the Chinese automotive giant Chery Automobile and Israel Corporation (through Kenon Holdings). The brand was designed to bridge the gap between Chinese manufacturing capabilities and Western design and engineering standards.

Over the years, the ownership structure underwent significant changes. In late 2017, the Baoneng Group acquired a majority stake in the company, shifting the brand's trajectory. Today, Qoros operates as a key component of the Baoneng Motor division, with its primary manufacturing facilities and research centers located in Changshu and various other locations across China. The brand continues to focus on integrating smart technologies into its SUV and sedan lineup.
