In 2013, Hoka was acquired by the American corporation Deckers Brands (officially Deckers Outdoor Corporation). Under Deckers' management, Hoka has grown from a niche ultra-running brand into a mainstream athletic powerhouse. The brand is now headquartered in Goleta, California, alongside other major brands in the Deckers portfolio like UGG and Teva. As of 2024 and looking toward 2026, Hoka remains the primary growth driver for Deckers Brands, maintaining its status as a leading global player in the performance footwear market.
