Untitled Art is a contemporary craft brewery known for its innovative approach to brewing, frequently collaborating with other breweries, artists, and influencers to create unique, seasonal, and limited-edition beverages. Founded in 2016, the brand focuses heavily on the intersection of liquid art and visual art, often featuring vibrant, abstract label designs that reflect the creative profile of the beer inside.

Manufacturing primarily takes place in Waunakee, Wisconsin, at the Octopi Brewing facility. The brand was established by Levi Funk, also known for Funk Factory Geuzeria, and Isaac Showaki, the founder of Octopi Brewing. This partnership allows Untitled Art to leverage high-end production capabilities while maintaining a boutique, experimental craft ethos.

In early 2024, it was announced that Asahi Group Holdings, through its subsidiary Asahi Beer U.S.A., acquired Octopi Brewing. Consequently, Untitled Art is now part of the broader portfolio under the ultimate ownership of the Japanese multinational conglomerate Asahi. Despite this acquisition, the brand continues to operate with its signature focus on diverse styles ranging from Pastry Stouts to Fruited Sours and Non-Alcoholic beers.
