Hamburguesa Nostra is a prominent Spanish brand specializing in gourmet hamburgers. Its history began in 1958 in the Chamartín market in Madrid, originally as a specialized butchery focusing on high-quality meat. Over the decades, it evolved from a butcher shop into a full-scale restaurant concept known for offering dozens of unique hamburger varieties and artisanal breads.

In 2018, the brand underwent a significant change in ownership when it was acquired by the Rodilla Group, which is itself controlled by the Damm Group. This acquisition allowed for a wider expansion across Spain, leveraging the logistics and infrastructure of one of Spain's largest food and beverage conglomerates. The meat and products continue to be sourced and processed primarily in Spain to maintain the brand's local gourmet identity.
