Karrimor is a storied British outdoor brand founded in 1946 by Charles and Mary Parsons, along with Grace Davies. Originally known for its innovative cycling bags and rucksacks, it became a pioneer in the mountaineering world, supplying equipment for many high-profile expeditions. Over decades, it expanded into footwear and apparel, becoming a household name for outdoor enthusiasts.

In 2004, the brand was acquired by Lonsdale Sports, which later became part of the Frasers Group (formerly Sports Direct International). Today, the brand is positioned as a value-driven outdoor label. While its heritage is firmly British, manufacturing is now outsourced to various facilities across Asia, including China, Vietnam, and Indonesia, to serve a global market through the Frasers Group retail network.
