Gårdschips is a premium Swedish potato chip brand known for its batch-fried production method and local sourcing. The brand was founded in 1994 in Laholm, Sweden, where it continues to produce its snacks using potatoes often grown on nearby farms. The brand is celebrated for its artisanal approach, using Swedish rapeseed oil and high-quality seasonings like truffle.

Since 2014, Gårdschips has been part of Rootfruit Scandinavia AB, which later became part of Premium Snacks Nordic AB. In 2024, the parent company entered a merger agreement with the Danish snack company KiMs A/S, a subsidiary of the Norwegian conglomerate Orkla ASA. As a result, the ultimate ownership rests with Orkla, one of the largest consumer goods companies in the Nordic region, headquartered in Oslo, Norway. Despite the large corporate ownership, the brand maintains its 'Made in Sweden' identity and local production roots in Laholm.
