Ale-Hop is a prominent Spanish retail chain known for its quirky and affordable lifestyle products, gifts, and accessories. Founded in 1991 by Vicente Grimalt in Gata de Gorgos (Alicante), the brand has become a staple of Spanish high streets, famously identified by the large cow sculpture at its shop entrances.
The brand is owned and operated by the family-run company Clave Denia, S.A.U. While the creative design and business management are centered in Spain, the manufacturing of their diverse product range is primarily outsourced to factories in Asia, particularly China, to maintain their competitive pricing model. Despite its international reach with stores in Portugal, Croatia, and Mexico, the ultimate ownership remains firmly in Spanish hands.
