While the beans for this specific product are sourced from Brazil, as indicated by the 'Brasile' label and the 'Monoarabica' origin series, the final processing, roasting, and packaging are strictly performed in Italy. The company remains a family-owned enterprise through Illygruppo, based in Italy, though a minority stake was acquired by the multinational private equity firm Rhône Capital in early 2021 to support international growth.
