Today, Göteborgs Kex is part of the Orkla Group. The Orkla Group is a major Norwegian conglomerate that acquired the brand through its Swedish subsidiary, Orkla Confections & Snacks Sverige. The products are marketed under both the Göteborgs Kex name and the OLW logo, as Orkla has integrated its snacks and biscuit operations in the Nordic region.
