San Miguel Fresca Beer

San Miguel Fresca is a light, refreshing lager style beer designed to be served chilled with a lime wedge. The San Miguel brand has a complex history that began in the Philippines in 1890, but the European branch evolved independently after a licensing agreement in the 1950s led to the creation of the Spanish company.

Today, San Miguel active in the European markets is managed by the Mahou San Miguel group, which is the largest brewing company in Spain. While the original San Miguel Corporation operates prominently in Asia, the European production and branding, including the Fresca variant, are handled by the Spanish entity. The beer is primarily manufactured in Spanish breweries and distributed across Europe, including Croatia, as a premium international lager.
