Azu is a prominent beverage brand originating from Kyrgyzstan. The product is primarily manufactured in Kyrgyzstan, catering to both domestic consumers and export markets in neighboring countries.

The brand is owned and produced by the Shoro Company (ZAO Shoro), one of the largest and most successful beverage manufacturers in the Kyrgyz Republic. Established in the mid-1990s, Shoro became famous for commercializing traditional nomadic drinks like Maksym, later diversifying into bottled water and fruit drinks like Azu. The company remains under Kyrgyz ownership, maintaining its headquarters and primary production facilities in Bishkek.
