Lustau Vermut is a premium Spanish aperitif produced by Bodegas Lustau, a company world-renowned for its high-quality Sherry. The brand's vermouth lineup, including the Red (Rojo), White (Blanco), and Rose (Rosato) varieties, is crafted in Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia, using a base of authentic Sherry wines. This heritage-driven approach distinguishes their vermouth from others typically based on neutral white wines.

Founded in 1896 by José Ruiz-Berdejo, Bodegas Lustau has evolved from a small 'almacenista' (a producer who ages wine for others) into a global leader in the Sherry category. The brand is currently owned by the Caballero family through their company, Luis Caballero, S.A., which acquired Lustau in 1990. The production continues to be centered in Spain, maintaining the traditional Solera and Criadera aging systems that remain a hallmark of Spanish winemaking excellence.
