Vika Knäckebröd is a traditional Swedish crispbread with deep roots in the Dalarna region of Sweden. Originally established in the village of Vika in the early 20th century, the brand became famous for its wood-fired baking process which gives the bread its distinct flavor and texture. The packaging prominently features the Dalarna heritage and a traditional baker icon.

Following some financial challenges and laboratory closures at its original site in Stora Skedvi, the brand was acquired by Leksands Knäckebröd, another historic family-owned Swedish bakery. Today, while Vika remains a distinct brand within the Swedish market, it is produced under the stewardship of Leksands Bröd, ensuring the continuation of Swedish crispbread traditions under regional ownership.
