Bauducco is a premier Brazilian food brand, famous worldwide for its Panettones and wafer biscuits. The brand was founded in 1952 by Carlo Bauducco, an Italian immigrant who brought traditional Italian baking recipes to São Paulo, Brazil. Initially a small artisanal pastry shop, Bauducco successfully transitioned into mass industrial production while maintaining its reputation for quality and family tradition.

Today, the brand remains under the ultimate ownership of the Bauducco family through Pandurata Alimentos Ltda. The group operates several manufacturing plants across Brazil, including facilities in Guarulhos, Extrema, and Rio Largo. While it exports to over 50 countries and has a significant presence in the United States (with a factory in Miami), the core manufacturing for the South American market remains concentrated in Brazil, where it is a household name for snacks and breakfast items.
