Färsking Granola Kakao & Hallon

Färsking is a Swedish brand founded in 2014 by two students, Amanda Larsson and Calle Rosengren, with the goal of creating healthier breakfast alternatives for younger consumers. The brand is known for its granola and cereals that contain no added sugar and are high in fiber.

Originally launched as a startup in Stockholm, the company grew rapidly within the Swedish market. In 2021, Färsking (formally known as Young Foods Sweden AB) was acquired by the major Swedish food company Paulig, which also owns brands like Santa Maria and Risenta. The product is primarily manufactured in Sweden, aligning with the brand's local roots and focus on sustainable quality.
