Alvalle is a renowned Spanish brand specializing in ready-to-eat cold soups, most notably its authentic Gazpacho. Founded in 1991 in Murcia, Spain, the brand gained popularity for its focus on fresh, local ingredients and traditional recipes. The primary manufacturing plant remains in Murcia, specifically in Puente Tocinos, where it processes fresh vegetables sourced from the Spanish orchards of Almería, Murcia, and Alicante.

In 1999, the brand was acquired by Tropicana, which was already a part of the PepsiCo group. Since then, Alvalle has become an international ambassador for the Mediterranean diet. Today, Alvalle is owned by PepsiCo, a global leader in the food and beverage industry. Despite its global ownership, the production remains deeply rooted in its Spanish origin to maintain its high-quality standards and regional authenticity.
