In early 2024, the ownership of Tołpa underwent a significant change. Torf Corporation (and the Tołpa brand) was acquired by the consumer goods giant Beiersdorf. This acquisition integrates one of Poland's most successful local cosmetics brands into a global portfolio that includes leaders like Nivea and Eucerin. Today, while the manufacturing remains centered in Poland to preserve the brand's heritage, its ultimate strategic direction is guided by the German-based Beiersdorf group.
