Grundig is a historic consumer electronics brand that originated in Germany. Founded by Max Grundig in 1945, the company became a symbol of the West German economic miracle after World War II, initially specializing in radios and later becoming a major player in the television market. Despite its prestigious German heritage, the brand underwent significant changes in the early 2000s.

Currently, Grundig is owned by Arelik A.Ő., a Turkish multinational household appliances manufacturer which is part of the Ko Holding group. Most Grundig products, including their LED TVs, are now primarily manufactured in Turkey. The brand continues to position itself as a premium electronics provider, blending German design heritage with Turkish manufacturing efficiency.
