Daim is a popular Swedish confectionery brand known for its crunchy almond butter-toffee bar coated in milk chocolate. Originally created by the Swedish confectionery company Marabou in 1953, the brand was inspired by the American Heath bar but refined for Scandinavian tastes. It was initially marketed under the name "Dajm" in Nordic markets before being rebranded globally as Daim in 1990.

Today, the product is primarily manufactured at the Marabou production facility in Upplands Väsby, Sweden. The brand has seen international success, particularly through its availability in IKEA stores worldwide.

Since 1993, the brand has been part of major global food conglomerates following Kraft Foods' acquisition of Freia-Marabou. Currently, Daim is owned by Mondelez International, one of the world's largest snack companies headquartered in the United States. Despite its global ownership, it retains its strong Swedish heritage and identity.
