Lindahls Turkisk Yoghurt is a staple within the Swedish dairy market, known for its distinctive packaging featuring a Greek man—a result of a famous marketing legal battle and subsequent branding success. Although the product style is 'Turkish,' the brand is Swedish and the production primarily takes place in Sweden.

Originally launched by Lindahls Mejeriprodukter, a family-owned company founded in Jönköping in 1984, the brand gained massive popularity by introducing high-fat strained yogurts to Northern Europe. In 2012, Lindahls was acquired by Skånemejerier, which at the same time became a subsidiary of the French dairy giant Lactalis. Today, while maintained as a local Swedish brand with local production, its ultimate ownership resides with the world's largest dairy manufacturer, Lactalis, based in France.
