In 2017, the sexual wellness division of Ansell, including the SKYN brand, was sold to a consortium comprising Humanwell Healthcare (a Chinese healthcare leader) and CITIC Capital (a global investment firm). This ownership group formed LifeStyles Healthcare, which currently oversees the brand. The ultimate headquarters for LifeStyles Healthcare is situated in Australia, maintaining a strong connection to its original roots while operating as a global entity.
